CanScan QR ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. We collect no personal data, require no account, and do not transmit any information to external servers.
The App requests access to your device camera solely to scan QR codes. Camera data is processed entirely on-device in real time and is never stored, transmitted, or shared. You can revoke camera access at any time in iOS Settings → CanScan QR → Camera.
CanScan QR does not collect, store, or transmit:
Scan batches you save are stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. You can delete all saved data by deleting the App.
CanScan QR does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics platforms, advertising networks, or crash reporting services.
The App does not collect any data from any user, including children under 13. It is safe for use by all ages.
If we update this privacy policy, the new version will be posted at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

Open the app and point your camera at any QR code. It scans automatically — no button needed.
After scanning, you can add results to a named batch. Batches are saved locally on your device and can be reviewed anytime from the Batches tab.
Camera access is required to scan QR codes. This is the only permission the app requests. Your camera feed is processed on-device and never stored or transmitted.
